Procrest Learning Hub is an internal training platform intended solely for employees and authorized personnel of Procrest Africa. It is used for professional development, compliance training, and knowledge sharing.

2. Access and Use
Access is restricted to approved users with valid login credentials. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and must not share access with others.

3. Acceptable Use
Users are expected to use the platform for legitimate work-related purposes only. Any misuse, including unauthorized sharing of content or disruption of the system, is prohibited.

4. Training and Compliance
Certain courses may be mandatory. Completion of required training is the responsibility of each user and may be monitored for compliance and reporting purposes.

All content on the platform, including training materials, documents, and media, is the property of Procrest Africa or its licensors and must not be copied, distributed, or used outside the organization without authorization.

6. Data and Privacy
User activity, progress, and performance data may be collected to support training effectiveness, compliance tracking, and operational improvement. This data is handled in line with Procrest’s internal data protection policies.

7. System Availability
While Procrest aims to ensure continuous access, the platform may be unavailable at times due to maintenance or technical issues. Users are expected to plan accordingly for mandatory training deadlines.

8. Third-Party Services
Where third-party tools or content are used, they are integrated to support learning delivery. Their use remains subject to Procrest’s internal security and compliance standards.

9. Enforcement
Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension of access and, where applicable, disciplinary action in line with company policy.

10. Updates to Terms
Procrest Africa reserves the right to update these terms as required. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
